There was an open call to all of Fjord to create an impression of the letters EQX in any medium. I wanted to create an organic contrast to the hard lines of the EQX logo template. Starting with hand-drawn plants and fungus, I scanned in the images, created a few layers in color and turned the work into a short video. My work was merged with others’ submissions into a looping video, much like a 1980s, MTV logo mash-up.
